Thanks for visiting our registration page. Here is the information on how to register for the class and/or the retreat.

We encourage all applicants for the Your Right Livelihood class to sign up for a Discovery Call with us (scroll down below), and of course, we are happy to visit with anyone considering the Big Picture retreat also. We welcome you to the class, the retreat, or both.

The Big Picture Retreat

Our 2024 retreat will take place Nov. 1-3 at Unity Village in Kansas City, Missouri.

Venue: We'll be meeting at the historic and charming Hummingbird Vista, located in Unity Village close to the Unity Village Hotel.

Meals: We are thrilled to feature delicious, healthy lunches and dinners prepared by a chef specializing in farm-to-table meals, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. A hot breakfast is provided free at the Unity Village Hotel (including to people staying at the Airbnb). The total cost for Sat. lunch and Fri.. and Sat. dinners is $95/person for three meals and refreshments. There is also a small cafe at the Unity Village bookstore where you can get coffee drinks, sandwiches, and snacks.

Retreat Fee: The fee for the retreat is $390. If you attended our 2024 class, please email us to arrange discounted payment.

Retreat & Meals: You can register for the retreat plus meals one of three ways:

Venmo -- please send $485 ($390 retreat fee + the $95 meals fee) to Caryn-Goldberg-2.
Check -- please email Caryn for the address.
Square (you don't need an account) -- please click here to register.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled by 9/22, full refund - $30 fee/ cancellations by 9/29, 1/2 refund/ no refunds after 9/30.

Lodging Options: We offer two lodging options at Unity Village:

Unity Village Hotel -- We have hotel rooms at $134/night + tax under "Your Right Livelihood Retreat." To reserve your room, call 816-347-5537 or go to this link. If you'd like help with finding a roommate, please be in touch. Our room block expires 8/23/24.
Hummingbird Vista -- We have a limited number of rooms at the historic home ($120 doubles/ $140 singles) where we're meeting. You can see the rooms here.

To ensure that the class is the right fit for you, please fill out the application form (Application button below). We take great care to make sure we can meet you where you are, and that this program matches your investment in yourself.

The class includes eight weekly Zoom sessions on Sunday evenings (two hours each), from Feb. 18 - April 14, 2024, plus:

An online community, with monitored participation and collaboration with your cohort
A wealth of resources, course materials, recordings, and bonuses in Wet Ink (our course platform)
Four individual coaching sessions (with Caryn and Kathryn)
Guidance to create the planning, communications, and structure assets for your personal Portfolio

Partnership with the TLA Network

We are grateful to the Transformative Language Arts Network (TLAN), which housed our class for its first two sessions, for helping us develop and grow this training, which was founded in 2018. Thanks to a partnership agreement between Your Right Livelihood (YRL) and the TLA Network (TLAN), TLA Network members receive a $50 discount on the class as well as a $50 discount on the retreat. Additionally, graduates of our training receive a $50 discount on TLAN's Power of Words annual conference and a one-time $20 discount on a TLAN class. Find out more about the TLA Network here.
